I am Jerrod Nash, and I’m proud to call Vidor home. I moved here in 2016 and, like many, weathered the storms of Harvey and Imelda. During Harvey, I worked on a team that served 1,500 hot meals a day to those in need. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: from being a minister, firefighter, and EMT to working in industrial rescue and safety. Currently, I’m an IT specialist serving large companies in Southeast Texas. My diverse experiences have taught me how to lead, work as part of a team, and know when each is essential for success.

As a devoted husband to Emily and a father to two young girls, I understand the importance of family and strong community values. I’m committed to putting the best interests of our families and our city first, protecting what makes Vidor special while working to help it grow.
